The Ancestral Health Society (AHS) is organized to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and

translational efforts between scientists, healthcare professionals, and laypersons who study

and communicate about the human ecological niche and modern health from an

evolutionary perspective to develop solutions to our health challenges.

The society’s primary role is to host the Ancestral Health Symposium.

In addition, the society plans to host a peer-reviewed journal for publication of experimental and clinical research and theory on human health from the evolutionary/ancestral perspective. This journal is in the process of being founded.

Membership

All attendees to the first annual Ancestral Health Symposium will automatically become members.

We hope that the Ancestral Health Symposium blossoms into an annual tradition; we will provide more information about the Ancestral Health Society's membership and activities after the Symposium concludes in August. Check back to ancestryfoundation.org in September!
