For AHS2012, we'll be using CrowdVine, a convenient social network used by conference planners and attendees to facilitate pre-conference planning.
Prior to arriving in Cambridge, all attendees and presenters will be able to use CrowdVine to connect with other attendees to find roommates, create a schedule of presentations to attend, make social plans and find out about AHS-related social events around town.
CrowdVine will also be used to apprise attendees of new and changing AHS information so it is highly recommended that all attendees (including presenters) create a CrowdVine account once they have purchased AHS2012 tickets.
Joining CrowdVine is simple:

3.Wait 24-28 hours for account approval. As this is a private network, we need to manually verify registration/presenter status of each new member before account approval.
